Guided Tours

Looking for tours for conference delegates? spousal/partner programs? tours?

We offer a guided tour of the entire Cultural District. This is the tour that encompasses it all! The Cultural District has a history and an amazing story of development over the last decade. The City itself dates back to the late 1800’s and so your tour guide will give you insight into the development of Kelowna, the orchard industry and interesting tidbits on life back in the time! The tour will include a visit to Kelowna Museum, the Historic Laurel Packinghouse which is home to the BC Orchard Industry Museum and the Wine Museum & VQA Wine Shop. A Cultural District would not be complete without a tour of our Public Art “The Sculpting of Space”. There are over 11 sculptures created by local and international sculptors are on display in the Cultural District. This timeless legacy of art inspires the imagination of all who admire these masterpieces. The tour will touch on the creation of art and its role in our City with visits to the unique galleries in the Cultural District; which may include the Turtle Island Gallery, The Art Ark Gallery, Alternator Gallery and Kelowna Art Gallery.

If you are looking for a comprehensive tour that will highlight it all from museums, art galleries, theatres, public art to gardens, parks and the waterfront – this is the one for you and your group!
